Cooperation relationship has been built between Qian Hu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Kande Hotel Management Company. On March 4th 2011, the research team, which consists of seven members from Kande Hotel Management Company and leading by the General Manager Mr. Lin Xiangrong and Deputy General Manager Mr. Luo Haizhou, had a business trip to Chongqing to establish on-the-spot investigation and marketing research for one week.

This researh was focused on the High Star Hotels which located in the Chongqing City, Development Zone of Two Rivers and Industry Park of Gangcheng. Its aim at searching for the data and information of the HSKP, F&B, Recreation and Entertainment departments in Hosbitality Industry. Besides, the research team had collected the information about the development strategy and the investment suggestion of the Chongqing city from the related governmental departments and senior management of the Tourism Industry.

The marketing research and feasibility report had been finished and present to the owner. This project has entered into the phase of design and construction.
