Cooperation relationship has been built between Zhong Jiang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Kande Hotel Management Company. The research team, which consists of six members from Kande Hotel Management Company, had a business trip to Jiangdu to establish on-the-spot investigation and marketing research.

This researh was focused on the High Star Hotels which located in the Jiangdu City, Yangzhou City, Taizhou City and other related cities around the project. Its aim at searching for the data and information of the HSKP, F&B, Recreation and Entertainment departments in Hosbitality Industry. Besides, the research team had collected the information about the development strategy and the investment suggestion of the Jiangdu city from the related governmental departments and senior management of the Tourism Industry.

Since its establishment, Kande Hotel Management Company keeps on improving and developing. This project would be the first Five-star Hotel of the international standard in Jiangdu, and it will be the precedent of the high-end hospitality industry in this city. In addition, the establishment of the hotel project would start a brand ner beginning both to the Zhong Jiang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and the hospitality industry in this city.

This project has entered into the phase of design and constuction. The site area about this project is about 3,822 square meters and constuction area is about 65,000 square meters, which includes the main building of the hotel, podium buildings, apartments and other property. This project is located in the core center of the new city district, and its service radius covers the areas of Yangzhou, Taizhou and even the whole middle area of Jiangsu Province. It would be a landmark in Jiangdu City and also a milestone to the development of Kande Hotel Group.
