Kande International hotels Huizhou passed the Five-Stars Hotel Assessment successfully

From October 20th to 22nd, 2011, under the delegation of National Star Hotel Assessment Committee, National Star Hotel Judges Mr. Xi Yanping and Mr. Fan Xinghong proceeded the checking process of the Five Star Hotel Assessment for Kande (Huizhou) accompanying by Guangdong Star Hotel Judge, Deputy Director General of Guangdong Travel Bureau Ms. Zang Yongli and Huizhou Star Hotel Judge, Deputy Director General of Huizhou Travel Bureau Mr. Tan Yuehua.


During the verification period, the assessment team had listened to the Report of assessing the five star restaurant of Kande International Hotel (Huizhou). In the meeting, the hotel’s general manager, Mr. William, gave a detailed report in regards with the hotel’s basic information, operation situation, inner management and preparation for the five star verification, and specially stated an introduction about what achievements have been made by the hotel since the awarding of the five star hotel on April, 2007 in its management system, corporate culture, energy saving, emission reduction, creative operation and so on. The star judges put forward questions in relation to the hotel’s operating concept, service process, human resource, emergency management etc. which were well explained and answered by the management team of the hotel.


After completing the site inspection of its hardware and software, the assessment team and the hotel management staff held a feedback meeting. National Star Hotel Judge Mr. Xi Yanping and Mr. Fan Xinghong appreciated works done by Kande towards the verification of the five star assessments and considered that the hotel had a hard-working team of employees, professional and united management team, and passionate and ambitious corporation owners. They also appraised highly the great achievements and the effort of building Chinese own world-famous brand made by the hotel. Meanwhile, they pointed out the insufficiencies in the utilities and facilities of the hotel and imperfection in the service. Still, great expectation towards the improvement of the brand and the development of the company in the future were given. Soon afterwards, announcement of successfully passing the verification of the five star assessments was made and the result would be summited to the national assessment committee.


Guangdong Star Hotel Judge, Deputy Director General of Guangdong Travel Bureau Ms. Zang liHua expressed her thankfulness to the two national star hotel judges who gave scrutiny to the whole verifying process, and she wished that the Kande Team would carefully take the star hotel assessment team’s opinions and suggestions into consideration and practice them into improving the operation management level and put the brand development into a new higher level.


Huizhou Star Hotel Judge, Deputy Director General of Huizhou Travel Bureau Mr. Tan Yuehua introduced development situation of the travelling industry and star restaurant of Huizhou and appraised highly to the works that have been done by Kande International Hotel so as to pass the five star verification process. He wished that Kande could avoid any arrogance and conceit and on the other hand keep the leading role in the hotel industry of Huizhou.


The General Manager of Kande International Hotel (Huizhou) Mr. William was thankful to the professional instructions given by the star assessment team and promised that they will keep learning and advancing so as to build up a Chinese world famous brand of Kande.  


By report, Kande International Hotel (Huizhou) opened on November 9th, 2005, applied for five-star hotel on August 2006 and after all examinations from Huizhou, Guangdong and National Travel Bureau, it was awarded the five-star hotel by National Travel Bureau, with a leading and outstanding performance within the Guangdong Area, becoming the first five-star hotel of Huizhou.
